3D Plans

3D floor plans produced by 3rd Dimension are isometric or top down 3D rendered views of 2D architectural floor plans which have been converted into 3D. The 2D architectural plans are modeled as normal in 3D by extruding all walls, inserting doors, windows, staircases etc. The floor plans are modeled in 3D without the roof or ceiling in order for the viewer to see directly down into the entire floor plan. This gives viewers who are not used to or able to read normal 2D architectural floor plans the ability to understand the layout of the floor plan. Each room within the 3D floor plan is fully furnished, textured and lit in order to give the viewer more understanding and to give more realism to the image. 3D floor plans by 3rd Dimension illustrate the entire layout of a floor area. 3D floor plans are mainly used for marketing purposes and are used in conjunction with our exterior and interior 3D renders and 3D animations. 3rd Dimension produce 3d floor plans for the residential and commercial property markets. All 3D floor plans are outputted at high resolution in the following formats

2D Plans

2D coloured floor plans by 3rd Dimension are 2D architectural autocad plans converted to a vector or raster image in order to be used in sales brochures and print design. The 2D coloured floor plans show a simplified version of their corresponding architectural 2D plans which have been stripped of all confusing data and show colour coded rooms and layouts. This allows the viewer to clearly see the rooms of the floor plan in simple form with added text for additional clarification. All 2D coloured floor plans are produced in adobe illustrator from exported 2D autocad drawings. Final 2D coloured floor plans can be outputted in the following formats
