We have all been there. In a new house trying to decide on floor finishes, the type of fireplace, tiles, bathroom styles etc. We have all caught ourselves putting a tile down on the floor and trying to picture what the rest of the room would be like. Countless hours are spent trying to make a choice and at the end of it you are still not sure if you made the right decision. By allowing buyers the opportunity to dynamically pick and choose different combinations online before they even visit the showhouse, they can instantly see in the form of a 3D visual which interior design is right for them. The Virtual Decorator is a time and cost saving measure to both the buyer and the builder/developer.
