Residential and apartment 3D visuals produced by 3rd Dimension are exterior 3D renders of proposed housing and apartment developments. 3rd Dimension also produces 3D visuals of one off bespoke house designs and house extensions. The number of 3D visuals produced for residential and apartment developments vary depending on the scale and design of the proposed scheme. For large scale residential and apartment developments the 3D visuals produced by 3rd Dimension generally include

• Close range detail shots of the different house types or apartment types.
• Streetscapes taking in a number of different houses or apartment blocks
• Courtyard shots taking in the communal landscaped areas

3D visuals for medium to large scale residential and apartment developments are mainly used for the marketing of the proposed developments through print, web and digital media channels. However it is sometimes the case that our 3D visuals are used in conjunction with our 3D photomontages for planning purposes to illustrate to the planning authorities the development’s proposed open space design. Small scale one off house developments and extensions are mainly produced to give viewers a better understanding of their new home or extension.
