An ideal marketing tool that allows clients and the prospective buyers of their property to see the entire floor layout in one image. Our 3D floor plans are fully populated with furniture in order to visually indicate the type of rooms that are in the layout. Camera angles of these 3D plans must be taken from an aerial viewpoint to ensure the entire layout can be seen.

Our 3D site plans serve the same purpose as our 3D floor plans. They illustrate the exact site layout of any type of proposed development. Our 3D site plans have proven to help communication between our clients and their buyers by clearly portraying street and house layouts. Colour coding of house or building types is also carried out for even more clarity and understanding.

Full colour 2D floor plans and site plans are information graphics that help potential home buyers to understand layouts of a proposed development. They contain information on a development and particualr house types along with floor areas and room types. All our 2D floor plans and site plans are produced directly from architectural AutoCad drawings. Original drawings which are difficult to read are cleaned up and created in vector format before being coloured and texted up for easy reading and understanding. Our plans are used for marketing purposes and included in brochure and online material.

3rd Dimension’s photo manipulation service grew out of our experience of photo retouching for the production of photomontages. Photo retouching is generally required for photos that have been taken for marketing purposes but the development is unfinished. The majority of time this will mean the surrounding site and landscaping is incomplete and contains construction material and debris. It is our job to maticulasly clean up the photo/s in order to make them usuable in brochure and web marketing content. Our photo retouching service also involves the inclusion of landscaping and planting to mimic what will be carried out once all site works have been completed. This manipulation of photos is a very cost effective solution when development sites are still very cluttered. 3rd Dimension also offer photographic site visits as part of this service.
